Where are your products made?

Our footwear and Packin Tees are produced in China and Vietnam.  Our socks are all made in the U.S.A.






In what sizes are your boots available?

Most of our footwear models are available in D width, 4 – 11.5, 12 – 14.  We also offer size ranges in wide widths (EE), 6 – 11.5, 12 – 14.  Some boot models are available in size 15 and 15W.

What do I need to know when ordering a Packin' Tee?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Due to our US credit card verification service, we are unable to accept credit cards with international billing addresses.






When is my card charged after I place my order?

Immediately after the order is placed.






Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I check/track my order status?

Our sales and customer service offices are open Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST and Friday 8:30AM – 4:00PM EST.  We are closed on most major holidays.

Can I buy a single boot?

No, we do not allow single shoe orders.  We recommend contacting the National Odd Shoe Exchange (oddshoe.org) if you require two different size shoes.






How do I clean my footwear?

Cleaning your Ridge Footwear depends on the upper materials of your boot model. Remove laces from boots before cleaning. Laces can be washed in the washing machine. We recommend putting them in a zippered mesh wash bag to keep them separate from other items. You can remove your boot insoles and let them air out, hand wash, and air dry. We do not recommend using a clothes dryer or any other high heat source to dry them.

Black Leather/Nylon Uppers. The nylon portions of your boots can be cleaned with a small amount of mild detergent and water, such as diluted dish washing liquid, or a commercial nylon cleaner, such as an athletic shoe cleaner. Gently wash nylon with the cleaning solution and a soft brush. Rinse surface carefully with clean water.
Use a high-quality leather cleaner on the leather panels to remove dirt and scuffs, followed by a high-quality polish for a shiny appearance.

Suede & Nylon Uppers. The nylon portions of your boots can be cleaned with a small amount of mild detergent and water, such as diluted dish washing liquid, or a commercial nylon cleaner, such as an athletic shoe cleaner. Gently wash nylon with the cleaning solution and a soft brush. Rinse surface carefully with clean water.
For suede, use a brush to remove dirt and debris. Use a high-quality suede leather cleaner on the suede panels to remove oily dirt, stains, and scuffs.

Dress Oxfords. Our Dress Oxfords already have a glossy sheen. To maintain that gloss, we recommend using a specific cleaning and shining product made for Poromeric materials such as Clarino and Patent Leather.
