RETURNS & WARRANTY

Returns other than warranty issues:

  • Product must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Customer must have original receipt and contact Ridge for a Return Authorization number (RA#).
  • Product must be unworn, unused, in new condition and in original packaging/shoe box.
  • Product must be sent in a way to protect the original packaging/shoe box.
  • Product must be returned at customer’s own expense.
  • When shipping your return, you may want to inquire about insurance. Ridge will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
  • Ridge will pay shipping cost one time, one way to customer, for product exchange. If the product needs to be exchanged again, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Please specify whether you would like an exchange or credit to your credit card. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase
  • Merchandise returned for restock may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns for warranty issues:

  • Product is warranted for 6 months from date of purchase. If the retail store you purchased the defective item from is no longer in business, Ridge will exchange the product for merchandise of equal value.
  • Customer must have original receipt and contact Ridge for a Return Authorization number (RA#).
  • Product must have a manufacturing defect. Example: stitching failure, zipper failure, eyelet/d-ring broken, sole separation, etc.
  • Product cannot be returned for warranty because they didn’t fit right, you didn’t find them comfortable or they have been mistreated, abused, etc.
  • If manufacturer finds product is indeed defective, the merchandise will either be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
  • Product must be returned at customer’s own expense.
  • When shipping your return, you may want to inquire about insurance. Ridge will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
  • Ridge Footwear will not pay for or reimburse return shipping costs. Ridge Footwear will pay shipping when returning warranty repairs or exchanges to the customer, within the US.
